Missed Call SMS Automation 

When your office misses a call during or after office hours, an automated message can be sent. This article explains how to enable that feature and how to edit that message.

  1. Navigate to Settings > Phone Settings > Automation Settings.

  2. Customize the automated message for both during and after office hours with your preferred wording.

  3. Click Update to save your changes.

  4. Turn on the pink toggle switch to activate the feature.

Your office will now automatically send SMS messages to missed callers based on your configured settings.

 

Note: To configure your office hours, Navigate to Settings > Phone Settings > Call Schedule.
