How to Adjust “Incoming Calls” Notification

This article explains how to adjust the users and hardware phones permissions to receive calls.

Go to “Settings” -> “Phone & Fax” -> “Incoming Calls”


Select the Users/Phones that you'd like to receive incoming calls and enable or disable the "Receive Calls" button accordingly.
