How To Add & Review Which Insurance Is Accepted For Patient Online Scheduling Through Kasper
Reviewing which Insurance carriers appear as accepted in your office for patients scheduling online

Click on "Settings" from the sidebar.

Under the "Settings" categories, select "Online Scheduling" then "Insurance List."

You can now select which insurances you are in network for.
Note: If the name of the insurance provider is not in the list, you can type it in then press enter and it will be added as a new entry.
Display customized message based on the patient's insurance

Click on "Settings" from the sidebar.

Under the "Settings" categories, select "Online Scheduling" then "Insurance Settings."

Enable the toggle button to enter a customized message when:

Your office does not accept Insurance
-
The patient has no insurance
-
The patient selects Other Insurance

Require patients to answer all insurance questions by enabling/disabling the last toggle.
This message will be displayed when patients are scheduling their appointment online based on their insurance selection.
