How to Set up Hold Music
Overview
Enhance your patients' experience by personalizing your hold music! You can now customize the music or voice recording that plays when patients are placed on hold.
Upload your favorite music or record a message tailored to your practice.
This feature lets you make a great impression even while patients wait!
How to Set Up Custom Hold Music
Step 1: Access Hold Music Settings

Navigate to Settings > Phone Settings > Hold Music.

Choose one of the following options:

Record a Message: Record a custom voice message directly through the system.

Upload a File: Select and upload a music or voice file of your choice.

Ensure your file meets the required format and size specifications (File should be WAV, WMA or, MP3.)
Step 3: Save Your Changes

Click Save to apply your new hold music.
Click Save to apply your new hold music.
Note: When enabling new hold music, it may take up to two incoming calls for the change to take effect.
