Campaigns- One Time Campaign

One-Time Campaigns allow your office to send bulk communications to a selected group of patients through SMS, Email, or both. These campaigns are ideal for office announcements, weather-related updates, holiday greetings, special promotions, and other one-time communications.

One Time Campaigns are campaigns dispatched just once to an exclusive set of patients chosen based on specific patient criteria that you can personalize.

One Time Campaigns are very similar to Free Form Campaigns, but they are not sent recurrently.

Creating a One-Time Campaign

  1. Navigate to Campaigns.
  2. Select One-Time Campaigns.
  3. Click New Campaign.
  4. Enter a campaign title.
  5. Select your preferred delivery method:
    • SMS
    • Email
    • SMS and Email
  6. Optionally enable Exclude DND to prevent sending messages to patients on your Do Not Disturb list.
  7. Create your message using the available variables and customization options.
  8. Select the patients you would like to receive the campaign.

Now you can customize your campaign by:

  1. Adding a title for your One Time Campaign, eg. Grand Opening, Office Closure, etc.

  2. Choose Campaign type, whether email or SMS or both.

  3. Include/ Exclude DND list

  4. Customize your campaign for individuals and Family

  5. Select a template

  6. Filter using patient specific criteria

​Sending a Campaign Immediately

Once your campaign is ready:

  1. Review your recipient list and message content.
  2. Confirm the campaign details.
  3. Click Send.

The campaign will begin processing and sending messages to the selected recipients.


Saving a Campaign

If you are not ready to send your campaign immediately, you can save it for later use.

  1. Create or edit your campaign.
  2. Click Save.

The campaign will be stored in your template list and can be reopened and edited at any time before sending.


Scheduling a Campaign for Later

You can now schedule One-Time Campaigns to be sent automatically at a future date and time.

To Schedule a Campaign

  1. Create or edit your campaign.
  2. Complete the campaign setup, including recipients and message content.
  3. Click Schedule for Later.
  4. Select the desired:
    • Date
    • Time
  5. Click Schedule.

The campaign will be automatically saved and scheduled for delivery.


Scheduled Campaign Status

After scheduling:

 

  • The campaign will remain available in the Templates list.
  • The campaign will display a Scheduled status.
  • The scheduled send date will be displayed for easy reference.
  • The campaign will automatically send at the selected date and time.

 


Managing Scheduled Campaigns

Scheduled campaigns can be viewed directly from the One-Time Campaign template list.

You can:

 

  • Review upcoming campaigns.
  • Open scheduled campaigns.
  • Make changes before the scheduled send time.
  • Save updates to the campaign.
  • Cancel the scheduled campaign before going out

 

Once the scheduled send time is reached, Kasper will automatically process and deliver the campaign.
